The daughter of Living Faith Church’s General Overseer, Bishop David Oyedepo, Love Oyedepo Ogah, has disclosed details of a botched attempt on her father’s life by hired assassins.
The attackers had broken into their home with the intention of killing Bishop Oyedepo, but they searched the entire property but were unable to locate him, according to Love’s viral video.
Love recounted the horrifying event, saying, “One night, we had hired killers come to our house and they explicitly said as soon as they walked through the gate that they ‘are here to execute him’—by him, my father.”

The murderers yelled, “Where’s he?,” demanding to know where her father was, she explained. “Where is he?” Bishop Oyedepo was apparently in the house, standing in front of the attackers, despite the difficult situation, yet they were unable to see him.
“They were like, ‘Where’s he?’” Love went on. “Where is he?” They couldn’t see him, though, because he was staring at them the entire time.
The attackers searched the house for the bishop for hours but were unable to locate him before leaving.
Following the traumatic experience, Love claimed that her father calmly came out of his room and spoke to the family, stating, “I was staring at them the entire time.”
She claims that the murderers looked everywhere in the house but, for some reason, were unable to find the man they were supposed to murder.
