Architect Chibuikem Emmanuel, Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd., has praised Peter Mbah, the Governor of Enugu State, for his leadership and continuous infrastructure development, characterizing the state as a developing center for investment.
While commemorating the governor’s 54th birthday, Emmanuel offered the praise, pointing out that the administration has made it easier for businesspeople to prosper, especially in the real estate industry.
The creation of the Enugu Geographical Information System, reorganization within the Ministry of Lands, and enhancements to the Survey Department under the Office of the Surveyor General were among the major land administration reforms he emphasized.
He added that Mbah’s emphasis on economic growth and job creation is already yielding noticeable results, with growing investor confidence positioning Enugu as a dependable business destination. “These initiatives have significantly simplified processes and enhanced ease of doing business for developers and investors,” he said.
Emmanuel also commended the governor’s inclusive leadership style, pointing out that the state is now more peaceful as a result of his capacity to promote political stability and take into account different viewpoints.
The head of Powell Homes also voiced optimism about the state’s future, saying that the governor has set a strong foundation for 2027 and that even more change is anticipated in the years to come.
