Omoyele Sowore, a former African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate, has called President Bola Tinubu’s two years in government a failure.
Sowore pointed out that people have been forced to endure hunger and misery under President Tinubu.
According to reports, the AAC’s National Chairman accused Tinubu of ruining the country’s economy in a brief message posted on his 𝕏 Twitter.
The human rights activist claims that Tinubu destroyed citizens’ purchasing power by forcing the exchange rate to ₦1,600.

He drew attention to the President’s bad policies, such as the elimination of gasoline subsidies for low-income people while he finances the affluent’s luxury, and the widespread insecurity throughout the nation.
It said: “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is in his second year as president today.
“A man is a failure if he spent two years building just thirty kilometers of his hallmark 700-kilometer Lagos-Calabar highway project.
“A man is a failure if he met the other exchange rate at ₦400 and forced it to ₦1,600!
“A man who eliminated the fuel subsidy for low-income individuals while continuing to support dishonest MPs and government officials in the name of budget padding is a loser!
“A man is a failure if he allowed Boko Haram to relocate to Kogi from Borno and Yobe.”
