Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed met with members of the state’s All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives on Thursday.

The governor is reportedly completing plans to replace the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the ruling party, which is why the meeting is taking place.

“We are here today as members of the National Assembly to meet with our governor and leader, we are here today on a special invitation to discuss the ongoing realignment that is going on in Nigeria and most especially in our state,” one of the Bauchi House of Representatives members—whose identity was not disclosed—said to the media following the meeting while Mohammed was present. to talk about our state’s political evolution.

“We have come to a certain positive conclusion, and in a short time we will come out again and make our position known for the world to know what our discussions are all about.”

As he weighs his choices in front of the upcoming elections, Mohammed and a senior PDP member had already met with several African Democratic Congress (ADC) stakeholders.
