In 2027, opposition politicians would not be able to overthrow President Bola Tinubu through the Social Democratic Party (SDP), according to Omoyele Sowore, a former African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate.
It was alleged that Sowore said that President Tinubu controlled the SDP before to his victory in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary.
“Any coalition against Tinubu through SDP would not achieve its aim,” he said in an interview with TVC on Sunday.
“It’s possible that other opposition figures sent former Governor Nasir El-Rufai to learn about the party’s operations,” he said.
The SDP is also a family of Ahmed Bola Tinubu, he said, “and I shall reveal this now. It’s one of his ministry’s branches. I’m not sure if he no longer cares about the SDP, but if it was the party before he won the APC primaries, it will be difficult for this newcomer to get very far.
They sent El-Rufai to SDP as a circus, so I want to make another prediction that might not come to pass. Apparently, the first lion mauled El-Rufai when he arrived. Adebayo or the SDP members who anticipated this might have attacked him, but I’m not sure which lion did it.

Additionally, I anticipate that fewer individuals who had planned to switch to SDP will do so after learning that there is a turtle there who will likely treat them differently.
I’m not a party member, though, as I previously stated; I’m only sharing with you my personal political perspective. I’m not sure how far they can go with these characters who are always bouncing about.
And in my opinion, the goal of this coalition is not to win an election. It’s a coalition for negotiations, I believe. This collaboration is an attempt to divert the attention of Nigerians by giving the appearance that the current APC government will face opposition, even though these individuals are actually APC operators.
