The Women Wing Of Ihiala Progressive Union (IPU) Honors Lolo Osodieme CE Udezeh as “Nnedioronma”.

Lolo Osodieme CE Udezeh, the wife of Chief Ochaigha Malachy Udeze, the Obi of Egan on Sunday, 5th June 2022, was awarded Nnedioranma which simply means “The Mother that is good to everyone” due to her motherly role as a caregiver.
The colourful occasion was graced by women of IPU as well as their husbands, the press and well wishers at the popular Ihiala event centre in surulere. There were also side attractions, dance and performances to entertain the guest present. The master of the ceremony read out profiles while decoration of awardees commenced promptly as well as generous donations being made according to the standard practice of programs such as this.
Osedieme told the press how delighted she feels about being conferred with the awards given as this wasn’t something she anticipated but was chosen due to her personality as a caregiver.She further thanked the women of ihiala for singling her out as she advises the women to be upright in all their dealings.

I like to lead by example and as such I implore women to regard their husbands, I will continue to be a mother to all and as a mother I will always support women, children and the less priviledged in whichever way I can. I pray that the leadership of Mrs Chinedu Ifeanyi and the committee of IPU be blessed with new innovation and ideas to help better the lives of people as well as move IPU forward to greater heights, Osedieme stated.
Obi of Egan, Chief Malachy, the awardee’s husband had only but praises to bestow upon his wife, she lives an exemplary life worth emulating as she sees all as one, she is a virtuous woman, a caring, loving, hardworking, tenacious and a philanthropist, he said.
He further expressed how proud he felt that his wife amongst others was noticed to be honoured due to her commitment in caring for people, a well deserving honor that suits her perfectly while he thanked IPU for their choice consideration to honor my wife he said.
