Former Minister of Transportation and two-term Governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, has hosted members of the Patriotic Citizens Forum alongside African Democratic Congress (ADC) representatives from 19 Northern states, in a move widely seen as part of strategic positioning ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
