In advance of its March 27 National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) says it has scheduled the screening of candidates for its national offices for Tuesday, March 24.

The exercise will take place at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, according to a notice released on Sunday in Abuja by Alhaji Isa Yuguda, the secretary of the party’s Aspirants’ Screening Committee.
According to Yuguda, a former governor of Bauchi State, all candidates who had bought and turned in their nomination and expression of interest forms had to show up in person.
In order to speed up the verification process, he continued, candidates were asked to appear early at the location with all necessary supporting documentation.
