President Bola Tinubu has mandated that the recently rebuilt International Conference Centre (ICC) in Abuja be made available exclusively to those prepared to pay for it.
The President issued the directive on Tuesday during the rebuilt building’s commissioning.
He advised that anyone interested in using the facility must be willing to comply by the terms set by Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike.

“Today, I tell it again to all of you: Barka Da Sallah. You must follow what the landlord (Wike) says: “If you want to use this place, you must pay for it.” President Tinubu announced.

According to reports, President Tinubu has instructed the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, to stay focused on his development program and avoid distractions from “busybodies” and detractors.

Tinubu delivered the charge on Tuesday during the launching of the rehabilitated International Conference Centre in Abuja, which has been renamed Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in his honour.

The President advised Wike, saying, “I am delighted, Nyesom Wike, you are reflecting that. Don’t pay heed to the busybodies and spectators; whatever they say, keep up the good work. You’re a transformational leader. You possess the vision, foresight, and will to achieve.”
